If your using Firefox, there is an addon that allows you to bypass the Megaupload bit where it says country slots are full, or you have downloaded too much so soon.
It's called Megaupload SX.3.2, With this addon, you can download more than two or three links at the same time from Megaupload.
This add-on works with Mozilla 1.5 to 2.x.x

Your Second Idea
1. Get Firefox. ( http://www.mozilla. com/en-US/ firefox/ )
2. Type in the address bar - about:config
3. Type in the filter box - general.useragent. extra.firefox
4. Double click on it.
5. Type this in the box that appeared - Firefox/2.0 MEGAUPLOAD 1.0
6. ok.that's it.
It works great. finally dont get the "slots are full" thing anymore, but warning... turn this off when u visit other sites, or they look mess with firefox.
